I redesigned the original bottle cap by Bushmills because their design for smaller cap sizes is incredibly user-friendly. It's remarkably lightweight and feels extremely comfortable in your hand when you apply pressure to open the bottle due to its rounded design. Even though it's lightweight, this design only requires about 12g of ABS, making it strong enough to withstand the pressures you apply when opening a tightly screwed-on cap. This design fits perfectly on caps measuring 40mm. The toothed ring is designed at 40.5mm, resulting in a snug fit around the cap for me, although this may vary slightly depending on your printer's accuracy. I've included the original Fusion 360 file so you can make any necessary changes if desired. There's a very small anomaly in the design that might appear in your slicer, but it won't be printed as it's less than 0.1mm in size. The slicer will likely ignore it altogether.
