YACC Yet Another Cable Chain
thingiverse
After experimenting with multiple cable chain designs, I found none that met my requirements, so I created my own, drawing inspiration from others in this community. To accommodate the extended Y axis beyond the original printer's limits, I introduced some overhang, making it easier to access the termination bolts at the bottom of the extrusion. The guide brackets cleverly support the chain in the overhanging section, and the low-profile bolts ensure a smooth clearance for surfaces large enough to hold the entire printer. My intention was to design a cable system that can be printed without any post-processing, and it appears this goal has been achieved. To facilitate further customization, I've included f3d files, allowing users to remix the design without needing to work with STLs.
