YAFJ .. (yet another) fin jig

Apparently I design fins for jigs when I'm not actually building rockets. Here's another one. The only one I've actually printed and used is the 2.6" 3-fin version (see pics). One pic shows this used in conjunction with [one of my other jigs](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3931371). There are two files for each size: a three-fin version and a four-fin version. Files named by size and fin count. (26_3, 26_4, BT60_3, BT60_4). The 2.6" was created for Madcow 2.64 body tube (67mm). This is slightly larger than Estes BT80 (66mm published spec). Fin slots are one-eighth inch (3mm) in diameter. The BT60 was created according to Estes published dimensions. It is 42.15 millimeters inside diameter. Fin slots are three-thirty-seconds of an inch (2.4mm) thick - probably the most common thickness for low-power kits. Added BT20, BT50 rings.
