Modify your Arrow antenna into an ultralight, packable antenna In my quest to reduce pack and radio weight, I have been slowly modifying my Arrow antenna over the years.  Having operated in nearly every type of summit weather I came to the conclusion I needed my antenna to have the following characteristic's: -Compact and easily packed into a backpack -Lightweight but still durable -Reliable and simple to operate regardless of the weather -No tools required to assemble/disassemble This mount is designed to be used with a 20mm carbon fiber boom and modified Arrow Yagi antenna elements that have been joined with inserts and elastic cord. The benefit of this is super quick setup on summits. The stoppers are for either end of the elements and are tied off with elastic cord.
