YAK - Yet Another Kossel

I've got a pile of OpenBeam and Open Rail and was looking for a printer design to adapt. I found Kossel, then the Wolfstock derivative based on Mitsumi extrusion. I decided to adapt Wolfstock to my stuff .. Instructions 2-16 .. frame constructed, steel cables added to eliminate twisting between top and bottom triangles I'm just about to the place where I'm ready to melt plastic and cut aluminum ;) I've managed to get the math worked out just about everywhere and the rendering in openscad looks pretty good. I've also removed the individual files, it's too much of a pain keeping up with changes! Check github for the latest, and I'll try and keep a zipfile up to date here. If you want to build in OpenSCAD, download all of the files and put them in one directory, then open and compile yak.scad. You might need a later version to get it to compile (I'm on 2012.07.18). Everything is mostly parameterized .. the stuff you want to change is all in yak_config.scad I suspect I'll end up enhancing the openrail framework with various stiffeners ..
