Yakitori maker - beef and cheese

I love japanese Yakitoris and especially the one composed of cheese and beef. So i have created a mold that enables you to cook as you eat in a japanese restaurant. Made of PET (food-compatible), this one is very simple to use: put the beef part (i use carpaccio cut meat) into the mold then add cheddar-cheese pieces inside, then the piece of wood that hold the brochette and cheddar again. Close the "beef-coat" with your fingers to get a well shaped brochette Take away the mobile part and push the "squared-brochette" out, you will just have to cook it inside a stove with sweet soja sauce on each face of the meat.
