Yamaha Waverunner FX PWC Rear Compartment Latch The OEM rubber rear compartment latches that come with the Waverunner jetski are poorly designed and will generally perish around the connection pin (2nd picture of OEM part shows this). These are solid alternatives, for strength and outdoor use I'd recommend printing with PETG or better at 100% in-fill. Latch-v1 = same as original OEM with 2 pins Latch-v2b = single pin, plastic locks the other side (re-released 31st Jan, original slightly too short. Hopefully this one is long enough) You can buy CNC billet latch replacements, however these are generally around US$100 or so for a set, so printing this is a much more cost-effective alternative. Printed in PETG or better at 100% in fill they are exceptionally strong! You'll also need to print out 1 pin holder (latch-v2) or 2 pin holders (latch-v1) too. These are a push fit into one side (replacing the originals) and may protrude slightly when inserted into the latch (by design, for easier removal if needed) Add a drop of super glue if the fit isn't as tight as it should be.
