<p>Yamaha XT600E Secondary carb butterfly valve needs 7mm opening in primary carburator slide prior to it's opening. This tool is to make synchronization adjustment easier. Just slide this tool under the carburator slide, obviously flat side against the slide and round towards the carburator round frame. Then adjust synch screw for butterfly to barely begin to open from fully closed position. That's it. Just check that slide and butterflyvalve are both 100% open in throttle max position.</p>
