You know how it is when your daughter is in the school performance of The Wiz, and you have to make some baked good for them to sell at the show, so of course you want to make something with a Wizard of Oz theme, so, hey, Yellow Brick Road Cookie Bars! This will cut the frosting. Post-Printing Cookie guidelines This is laid out for 2.5"x5" cookie bars. Put a thick layer of the proper color frosting on the baked cookie bars, then throw them in the fridge for a few hours to firm up the frosting before using this device to cut the brick pattern into the topping. I used chocolate chip cookie base with vanilla frosting with food coloring; there is commercial yellow frosting available, but what I find is lemon, which wouldn't have gone well with my chocolate chip cookie, but would go well with other cookie types. And, of course, you can also use it to make non-yellow bricks, for whatever need you have!
