YACT This calibration part is used to test if your printer prints with the right dimension. A clearance of 0.1 mm is present between the two shapes. It can be easily removed by editing the Freecad file. There is a spreadsheet inside that contains the gap value. Edit 20/09: A chamfer was added on the base limit, cleaning up after printing. Print Settings Printer: D200 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 mm Infill: 10% Notes: Resolution and infill are entirely up to you.
