Form factor: 1U (10 cm x 10 cm x 10 cm) All parts are to be made by Aluminum 6061 - AHC (density = 2.7 kg/cm^3) except for the deployment switch and the separation spring. The Stainless Steel 440C / Brass pair is adopted to reduce friction (see screenshots). Mass of the overall assembly is 0.483 kg. Relatively simple shapes are adopted here which is why any additive technique might be applied. The design, hopefully, meets the requirements described in CubeSat Design Specification Rev. 12. Also, the design is compatible with PC/104 embedded computer form factor. No patent application has been ever filed.
