I'm calling it a swirling effect. To achieve this look, follow these steps precisely. First, use an Ultimaker printer to print a model using ABS plastic. Next, dip the printed model into a thick slurry made from ABS powder and water. Then, place the dipped model on baking paper and let it dry completely. After that, lightly sand the dried model to smooth out any rough edges. Finally, spray the model with an acetone-based spray can to give it a glossy finish.
