<p>This is yet another GameCube-Pi Case. However it is different to many others.</p> <ol> <li>no 3d scan</li> <li>complete design in FreeCAD</li> <li>includes a holder for an SD Card Reader to attach SD cards to the slot where normaly the GameSave cards would have been inserted.</li> <li>Ontop of Raspbery Pi is the DockerPi Power Board mounted, which provides a Fan and Remote Power Switch</li> <li>Ready for Multicolor print on a single color printer</li> </ol> <p>All parts already in the orientation where to print them.</p> <p>Steps to print multicolor on a single color printer using slicer Cura:</p> <ul> <li>all parts need to be printed with setting "Build Plate Adhesion Type" "None"</li> <li>after each print step, just change material color, do not remove the parts from build plate. Only remove the part from Cura</li> </ul> <ol> <li>Step - print the gamecube logo - color white<ul> <li>load file Gamecube-Pi-Logo.stl</li> <li>position the part at X0 Y0 Z0 on build plate</li> <li>print the part</li> </ul> </li> <li>Step - print the disc cover - color black<ul> <li>load file Gamecube-Pi-Disc-Deckel.stl</li> <li>position the part at X0 Y0.5 Z0</li> <li>print the part</li> </ul> </li> <li>Step - print the black buttons - color black<ul> <li>load file Gamecube-Pi-Top-Buttons-schwarz.stl</li> <li>position the part at X0 Y45.5 Z0</li> <li>print the part</li> </ul> </li> <li>Step - print the grey button - color grey<ul> <li>load the file Gamecube-Pi-Top-Button-Grau.stl</li> <li>postion the part at X45 Y-34,5 Z0</li> <li>print the part</li> </ul> </li> <li>Step - print the Top part of the case - color purple<ul> <li>load the file Gamecube-Pi-Top-ohne-Logo.stl</li> <li>position the part at X0 Y0 Z0</li> <li>i printed the part without Cura builtin supports, i added just two custom supports at left and right side, with the custom support feature.</li> <li>print the part.</li> </ul> </li> </ol> <p>Afterward the top part of the case is complete in mutlicolor :-)</p> <p>Print front plate with multicolor</p> <ol> <li>Step - print the joycons - color black<ul> <li>load the file Gamecube-Pi-Joycon.stl</li> <li>duplicate the part 3 times</li> <li>position the parts at</li> </ul> 1 X 34,999 Y-6 Z0 2 X 11,666 Y-6 Z0 3 X-11,666 Y-6 Z0 4 X-34,999 Y-6 Z0<ul> <li>print the parts</li> </ul> </li> <li>Step - print the front plate - color grey<ul> <li>load the file "Gamecube-Pi-Frontplatte.stl</li> <li>position the part at X0 Y0 Z0</li> <li>print the part</li> </ul> </li> </ol> <p>Front plate is ready.
