Introducing Yet Another Kerbal Controller! I've always wanted to play KSP with a proper controller, but I didn't have the means to make one when I played the game. The announcement of KSP2 rekindled my interest in the genre so I decided it was finally time to build a controller. The controller is designed as a desk clip-on which can be clamped onto a edge up to 40mm in thickness. ### Parts needed: 1. M8 x 70 screw with hand turn knob 1. M8 heat set inserts 1. M3 heat set inserts (Initeq design used - long version) 1. M3 x 10mm countersunk screws 1. M3 x 25mm countersunk screws 1. M2 x 8mm screws 1. Cherry MX style switch 1. Rectangular push button 1. Large toggle switch with cover 1. Mini toggle switch 1. Slide potentiometer 1. Potentiometer joysticks 1. PSP joysticks 1. Arduino MEGA 2560 R3 - Be careful which one you use, not all Arduino have a USB controller chip which can be flashed properly! - version used for this build: [ELEGOO MEGA 2560 R3](https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B01H4ZDYCE) ### Build instructions A full build guide with pictures can be found at: https://yakc.dozuki.com/Guide/How+to+Build+Your+Own+YAKC/2?lang=en 1. Print desired parts - The only part which needs supports is the extended left mount 1. Melt in heat set inserts 1. Glue upper plate parts together 1. Bolt sides onto covers 1. Install control components into the face plates 1. Solder wires to the controls 1. Upload UnoJoy script to the Arduino 1. Flash the Arduino's USB controller chip 1. Final Assembly
