Yet Another Raspberry-pi Laptop (YARL)

In a bold move to contribute to an already crowded market, we introduce the "Yet Another Raspberry-pi Laptop", a unique setup that can seamlessly transition between being a standard Raspberry Pi case and a portable system on the go. Users demanded the ability to connect to both an external screen when needed and utilize the laptop screen at other times. To ensure users retain access to all GPIO and development capabilities of the Raspberry Pi, we employed a magnetically removable Bluetooth keyboard that can be easily detached or reattached as desired. Many users expressed frustration with existing examples of Raspberry Pi laptops, citing difficulties in sourcing parts and subpar keyboards. To address these concerns, we designed our kit to include only non-printed components, allowing users to simply print their own parts and pair them with a Raspberry Pi for instant use. Due to licensing issues, however, we cannot provide STL files for the screen covers featuring special logos showcased in the images; instead, we encourage users to create their own unique designs. This setup holds immense potential for STEM classes, where students can utilize it with a standard keyboard, mouse, and monitor during school hours before taking it home to continue learning without access to these resources.
