Yet another rod/axis end cap (fine-tunable) for the Ultimaker

Revamping my previous design, I embedded an internal M3 bolt and added a matching nut inside the cap for easy prevention of rod movement. Tighten an M3 nut on the bolt to eliminate longitudinal free play in rods. For extra security, add an external secondary nut on the head side of the screw. Alternatively, consider using thingster's derivative with a nylock nut. To ensure convenience and durability, use 5mm M3 screws without counter-nuts and utilize the "nut calumet" for holding nuts in place.
