This allows a US Yeti Colter Rambler insulated drink holder (designed for 12Oz cans) to be used with 375ml cans used in Australia (which are a bit longer). I printed on a resin printer (with Siraya Blu resin) with supports just along the bottom edge as shown, but it should work with an FDM printer.
