YMD09 mount for X52 HOTAS throttle

Mount [YMD09][ymd09] macropad on the throttle on X52 HOTAS (the mounting plate should fit a bunch of other throttles too). I used 3 links, you might need a different number. Use M4x16 bolts and M4 nyloc nuts to assemble the whole thing.
