A pair of Yoda Ears for the Star Wars fanboy/fangirl in all of us! The Head Band comes in three sizes (widths shown below): Small: 104 mm Medium: 124 mm Large: 144 mm Print all Ear Parts (Total of 4): Left_Ear_Back.STL Right_Ear_Back.STL Left_Ear_Front.STL Right_Ear_Front.STL Choose a Head Band size: Head_Band_Large.STL Head_Band_Medium.STL Head_Band_Small.STL Print 4 x Pin.STL Please comment with your thoughts and feedback - I'd love to hear your suggestions! Print Settings Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: MakerBot Replicator (5th Generation) Resolution: 200 Microns Infill: 5% Notes: All parts print without Support. Print with Raft if using a MakerBot 5th Generation Printer. Post-Printing Assembly First, snap the the Left and Right Back Ears into the Head Band Ear locators. Each Front Ear half snaps into the Back half, using the two pins as secure locators. It should be a snug fit - please let me know if you find that the fit it too loose or too tight. You may need to use adhesive to hold the assembly together.
