Reengineered with precision, the machine now employs 12mm Z axis rods specifically designed for 3030 extrusions, while strategically enlarged holes accommodate M6 screws for frame reinforcement and M3 screws for tension adjustment. Enhanced structural integrity is achieved through a deliberate printing strategy of 80% infill density, yielding significant increases in overall strength and rigidity. This bespoke configuration caters to the demanding specifications of my Hypercube 500 project.
