When I upgraded the 3D printer at the hackerspace I go to with lead screws ( using the smooth X-Axis for Prusa leadscrews thing) I found out that the adjustment screw holder I had been using was too big! So I made one that isn't as bulky but does the job. Print Settings Printer: Homebuilt Prusa i3 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 80% Notes: This does deserve to be printed at 80% infill. It needs to take abuse and what little hollow space there is needs to be strong.
