I installed lead screws on my printer, and the worst Z wobble went away. I was left with some minor periodic wobble, so I decided to decouple the X-axis and Z-axis lead screws. There are many designs like this using a M8 Hex nut. This will not work with a lead screw. I designed this to fit my current lead screw " circle nut". It should also fit most standard threaded rod "circle nuts" that come with printers. Print the two parts with the hex nut formation upwards. Add m3 hex nuts and glue them together.
