Designed this Z Axis belt tension for a 900 x 600 Laser engraver to lift and lower the laser bed. The idea is that you can set several different heights for this belt tensioner as required for your particular setup. Additional parts required is a M3-M5 x 50-70mm plus 2 nuts in the cavity of the slider and one for the base. Pulley I used was 32 x 20mm made for a 15mm GT3 belt. The design is extremely strong, prints well with no supports and works really well in tensioning a large belt
