I put a hole in the original screw so you can use a M4x25 screw and 2 safety nuts M4 to creat a turing handle for faster spinning. I now also included the original smaller version of the knob Fore some printers like the CR-10, CR-10S PRO, A10 or A10M you will also need the new z-axis cover plate from the original design: https://www.thingiverse.com/download:4108654 or https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2491782
