These are Motor and Idler ends for the Prusa steel (2.x) frame for use with a trapezoidal threaded lead screw on the Z-axis rather than the common M5 threaded rods. This thing is for use with the brass nuts which seems common enough on ebay. The diameter of the lead screw is 8 mm and the outer diameter of the brass nut is 11 mm. The center distance between the four (3mm) holes for attaching the nut is 16mm. The distance between the smooth rod and the brass nut fitting is 17 mm. This thing also has slots for four M3 nuts to properly secure the brass nut. The bearing clamps fit the LM8UU bearings. The idler takes two 624z bearings (12 mm in diameter). The belt tensioner is inspired by: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1036871 (I also recommend the x-carriage of that thing). EDIT: Uploaded two new files where the holes for the smooth rods is 12.1 mm. Normally, you shouldn't use these. The new files has the suffix _12mm.
