https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JfpxVBl5oqM Z Axis Linear Rail Lift Mod using the Outside V-Slots for Ender 3 and Aquila ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I saw a mod that used these style blocks and it gave me the idea. I made this mod just to see if I could do it and it turned out way cooler that could have ever expected. I am using the outside V-Slot to mount the bearings. This really opens up the inside and is better than using the front as some have. It's a pretty simple design and I think it will be easy to figure out and assemble. I have also included an alignment block. Print 2 and use the center the linear rail. I could list Hardware used but honestly it just common hardware on hand. The Pictures show how it all goes together and I have an STL that has the complete mod so you can see it together fort yourself first. Parts didn't take long to print and it's extremely sturdy. I made sure it was not going to break or flex. I had a BLV Ender 3 Pro Linear rail mod I paid $150 bucks for that was trash and this blows it away. You will need a stepper motor with a movable pully for the X Axis motor and you will need a longer Belt. I would explain how it all goes together but the All -in-One file shows how it is completed so it's the best schematic to follow. Let me know if you have any questions or special needs and I will try to accommodate. Thanks All JB
