So I found that in the Taiwan summers, with my room getting upwards of 35 celsius, the Z axis motor of my Ender 3v2 heats the all metal stepper gear above it so much that it softens the filament passing through, squishing it and causing the gears to slip and ruin the print. This is a simple rig for a 40mm fan to be added as cooling for the extruder gear.
