Z axis Screw Bracket (Tarantula Printer 2040 aluminum)

This bracket is designed to bear the load of the Z gantry. Many 3d printers incorrectly let the load of the Z gantry be carried by a flex shaft coupler. This is bad practice and can cause a lot of issues in precision in the Z axis. This was designed specifically for the Tevo Tarantula. It will work on any 2040 aluminum extrusion. To use this properly, you need a radial bearing, thrust bearing, and shaft collar as seen in the picture. The order that you attach everything is (from the bottom up): bracket, radial bearing, thrust needle bearing, shaft collar. Once the shaft collar is tightened and bearing the load of the gantry, tighten the set screws of the flex coupler. More versions to come. I plan to create a version that holds the motor and screw that will work for both sides of the printer to support dual z axis motors.
