Created this from a other tensioner and modified it strongly in design and my needings. My Z-Belt (The Top Belt) of the Sidewinder came very loose and i had layer shift problems, therefore i created the tensioner and now the layer shift problems are gone! :-) Tensioning: Move the tensioner more to the left or right to get more tension, move it more to the middle to get a more loose belt. You need to print: Necessary: - The Clamp - The 44mm Gear Optional: - 3x 3mm Screws (You can print it or use three real ones) - 3x M3 T-Nut you can use it, but you musn't - 1x 5mm Screw (You can print it or use a real one) - Bearing (You can use a metal one, but also without a bearing its working fine) I've printed it in PLA with 0.15 resolution and Tree Support. I guess the support is needed but you can change the resolution to 0.3, i guess that should also working fine. Feel free to use it and leave me a comment when you like it!
