This spool holder was designed for Z-Bolt printer with polystyrene 6mm case, but you can use it in any printer that has walls by increasing lenght of shaft and M3 screws that holds front and rear panels together. Magnets in front panel and main spool holder is an implementation of a magnet break (magnets in this parts must be placed so that parts will try to STICK together) that stops spool from spinning (stops every 30 degrees), although if you whant to have more control you can ajust it by spinning last M8 nut that holds all the thing together. This nut is not necessary, magnet will hold spool from falling down, but if you whant more control - use it. Bill Of Materials that you will need: 16 pcs. - D6 H5 Neodym magnet 2 pcs. - 608ZZ Bearing 2 pcs. - M8 Nut (height ~4mm) ~130mm - M8 Shaft (or a M8 screw same lenght) You must cut in to fit youre printer 1 pcs. - M8 Rounded nut (dont need this if you use M8 screw instead of shaft) 2 pcs. - M8 D24mm Washer 4 pcs. - M3 D9mm Washer 4 pcs. - M3 L17mm Screw 4 pcs. - M3 Nut 1 pcs. - M8 Washer spring Look on cut view image to assemble all together, its simple.
