Derived from the adjustment knobs I designed for the adjustable z tower feet, here is a different grip to the Balls and BallsMk2 made by AzzA found on his Z braces. On my WDI3P, the extruded grip on the BallsMk2 were sliding on the Top Mount, making it harder to turn them. This design will keep the outside perimeter of the "Mk1" but give the grip the advantages of the Mk2. The socket for the nut is 8mm deep allowing you to use locking nuts or standard 6,5mm nuts. A bi-product of design would be that your printer will look uniform if you have my adjustable feet installed. * 190203 - G2 has been added with minor tweaks to the design. * 190205 - Made a test print and the nut was too tight for my liking, so I compensated the design for horizontal expansion (for 0,4mm nozzles). I do now consider the design finished and have tipped off the "work in progress". * 190207 - Added some finishing touches to this thing like comparison pictures and proof of function. And like always, I greatly appreciate any comments, suggestions or criticism if you have any!
