Z End Stop Trigger Adjustment for Prusa i3
thingiverse
I was tired of how the end stops worked on my Prusa i3 2020, so I came up with this little piece to help out. Instead of having to move the whole end stop on the Z-axis up or down slightly through many trial and error attempts to get the end stop to the correct position before setting the Z-axis home, you only have to adjust a screw that can easily be adjusted accurately. This attachment mounts onto the X-axis motor, and should work for other i3 variants as well. I used two M3 * 50mm hex head bolts on this model, and the bolts thread into the plastic to secure themselves. Depending on your printers' tolerances, you will want to check to make sure that the bolt clamping onto the piece spins freely on its right side on the part, and threads into the left side.
