Z inductive sensor holder

Z inductive sensor holder

Light weight (3gr) print to replace the heavy Creality inductive metal holder (about 27gr). I modified my CR10S pro to a direct drive which added about 250gr of mass to the moving nozzle assembly. With this and my fan bracket replacement for the Creality steel cover 100gr of mass is eliminated. Clean up the holes with a drill slightly smaller in diameter than the bolts. Use the bolts to cold form the plastic threads. I reuse the original bolts for mounting but for clamping you need an M2.5 bolt over 8mm long (the length is not critical). I printed the part in PC Carbon Fiber with no cooling air for better layer strength. Designed in fusion 360 and printed with duet electronics controlling my CR10s pro
