Print these two halves, put filament tabs in the orientation holes and then press the halves together over your Z lead screw. Put the nozzle of the lubricant into the side hole and as you move the aid up and down the screw it will let you apply dry lube where you want it WITHOUT over-spraying your printer or surfaces. Note also that the interior is somewhat hollow allowing insertion of a tissue or paper towel to soak up eccess lube instead of allowing it to drip or run out. The Z lead screw hole is just slightly oversize and also slightly oval(ish) to allow it to easily slide on the Z screw. I used the WD-40 Specialist Dry Lube PTFE spray can as my model for the insertion hole for the spray tubing. It fits exactly so that there is no leakage and the "spray" is trapped by the aid internally and mostly applied to the lead screw. The small holes in each face are for filament tabs, keep these quite short (3 to 4mm) and the two halves will press together easily and stay closed during use, but can be easily pried apart for removal after use. I chose this because everyone has spare filament bits laying around and it works quite well!
