Z probe fixture for Reach 3D printer with fine adjustment

This Z probe fixture is designed for the Reach 3D printer. For 12 mm diameter Z probe. The mechanical hinge design allows for fine adjustment with no backlash. Best printed in ABS which is a little more flexible than PLA. One M3 screw is needed for the vertical adjustment. Pre-tension the Z probe holder as shown in the picture. With print head in zero position mount the Z probe to roughly the correct position, then fine tune with the M3 screw. For retaining the Z probe in the holder a clip is integrated in the design. If this wears or does not print correct an optional M3 screw can be used to lock the Z probe in place.
