This is kind of an ugly hack to make the nice coupling system from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:16263 work with a MG Prusa that had Loches Z axis upgrade http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:22887 applied. Basically, I de-integrated it a bit. Works great except that the rods no longer reach the lower constraint. I recommend printing a new lower z-axis stabilizer before mounting these. Poor print quality was from a botched slic3r config on my part, but it works... Instructions Print, replace the top motor mounts with these. See "parent" thing for more detailed instructions - you'll need some long M3 screws and a pair of 608 bearings. Update: I recently switched my bearings to some 22mm outer, 1/4 inch inner "extended inner" bearings I found from VXB. It's odd they have the two different measurement systems, but it's exactly what I needed for this. 22mm outer fits in the holes made for 608 bearings, but 1/4 inch inner fits my ACME lead screw. And the extended inner section means that the bottom constraint actually does just reach. Adjust, adjust, adjust! It really does make a big difference in print quality if you have wobble in one or both of the z leadscrews...
