Z900RS Fork Adjuster

Z900RS Fork Adjuster

Updated to v2 Sept 9th 2020. Changes made to make the arms longer and lower the profile of the assembly. This is a quick adjuster for the forks on a Kawasaki Z900RS. It is a print-in-place design so will require a well tuned printer. I printed in PLA with supports from the build-plate only and it came out fine on the first print. The non-printed parts needed for a pair of these are: - 2 flat tip 1/4" hex bits. - 4 M3x5mm screws. The image shows the bit sticking up out of the adjuster. This excess length can be ground down. I also made a lower profile version, but I have not tested it. Source: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/4fdeee4eb87c1f7958c196a2/w/26abc0a244b3383392a4537d/e/cb1d0ee50c36ad44c964e3fc
