This is the case I made for my MiSTer setup. Unfortunately this is not a plug and play setup, it does require a little bit of wiring to make everything work, but let's be real, if you're tinkering with a MiSTer, you can probably figure out how to modify a couple of wires. I made my fins out of wood because I liked how it looked, but you could easily print them as well. The lid has a cutout from a 3mm Acrylic panel.
