Zebra ZD420 Label holder

I had the problem with our printers (Zebra ZD420) that very narrow labels always slipped off when pulling back (before printing) the liner. This caused the liner to jam and it could not be printed. I was able to solve the problem by printing two such holders and using them to hold the liner in place. The whole thing works now for about 4 months without problems (24/5 in use), and that with now 5 printers with different employees. Printed without supports and without rafts. In addition, I have opted for 100% infill, simply to take into account the human factor. Ich hatte bei unseren Druckern (Zebra ZD420) das Problem, dass sehr schmale Etiketten beim zurückziehen (vor dem Drucken) das Trägermaterial immer abgerutscht ist. Dadurch hat sich das Trägermaterial verkantet und es konnte nicht gedruckt werden. Das Problem habe ich lösen können, in dem ich zwei solche Halter gedruckt habe und das Trägermaterial damit in Führung halte. Das Ganze funktioniert nun seit ca. 4 Monaten ohne Probleme (24/5 im Einsatz), und dass bei nun 5 Druckern mit unterschiedlichen Mitarbeitern. Gedruckt ohne Supports und ohne Rafts. Zudem habe ich mich für 100% Infill entschieden, um einfach den Faktor Mensch zu berücksichtigen.
