We all know Zefram Cochrane invents warp drive on earth in the 2060s. Here he is immortalized with a status similar to the one outside Bozeman, Montana.

I believe this particular model (remixed from thing:2850556) was modeled after or taken from Star Trek Online, since you can see screenshots from the game that look very similar.

Remix

Beyond parting the original file into smaller pieces I also included a Z on his belt buckle to make it a bit more obvious. The feet have holes for threaded M3 inserts. The pedestal has 3.3 mm holes for M3 screws aligned to a 30mm grid. See diagram attached.

Mods done in Blender.

Printing

This model is quite large (285 mm tall) when assembled. I printed it out of ASA to be UV resistant, but perhaps the better strategy would be to print out of something like PETG then use a UV resistant spraypaint. ASA warps a bit so fitting the arm portion into the torso took a bit of JB Weld to clean up the gap created by warping. I used acetone to assemble everything else.

The
3mf
file contains painted-on supports and variable layer heights for a 0.6mm nozzle.
