Zennit RP-1 charging handle

thingiverse

A 3-piece replica of a Zennit RP-1 AK charging handle extension, includes the fusion files with the charging handle model I used to cut out the internals To ensure a good fit in the charging handle, heat the handle enough to melt the PLA with a blowtorch/lighter, and press the two halves on until the housing slides on snuggly (there should be plastic squeezing out the sides of each half, a higher heat will help melt only the inside, rather that heat up and deform the while piece) you will likely need to do this a couple times, cutting off the excess PLA that squeezes out If you are using this with a plastic airsoft gun, the included F3D files can be used to modify the inside to better fit, reduce the infill on test pieces to save cost Requires a 8-32x1/4 set screw, best to heat set it into the whole thing ones both halves are properly fit and the housing is on Feel free to post remixes!
