ZENS Qi / Spigen Tough Armor Volt - Drop in holder

My car has a Qi charger, however my iPhone 6s doesn't feature Qi. This can be solved using the Spigen Tough Armor Volt Case, which fits my car's integrated charge plate perfectly. I already owned two ZENS charging plates for my old iPhone 5s and wanted to use them again. That's not a problem but I'm always fiddling a bit when lining up the phone and charge plate to get the best 'connection'. Especially in the dark this is a bit of a hassle. So I came up with a simple drop in design aligning both devices up perfectly. The ZENS Qi charger has a red/blue LED in front that's way too bright at night, so the design has a very small hole to let just enough light through to see it is working. Used best with four self adhesive silicon non skid pads on the underside. Print Settings Printer Brand: Ultimaker Printer: Ultimaker 2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.15 mm Infill: 20% Notes: Printed on an Ultimaker 2+ with a 0.4 mm nozzle. Filaments used were REAL PLA Silver and Gold, as that last one kind of looks nice on my walnut veneer night stand. Nozzle temp was 195ºC and heated bed 30ºC (with 3D-LAC spray). How I Designed This After a bit of sketching by hand, used digital calipers and a ruler to get the required measurements and Autodesk's 123D Design for creating the model and STL-file. Used Simplify3D for creating the printer file, although Cura and other slicers should work just fine. Designed for easy printing. Misc. This is my first 3D printed design as well as my first Thingiverse published design. I don't think many people will have the exact same combination of devices needed to enjoy this design, however it might inspire. :-)
