The rear mudguard on the Zero 10X electric scooter sits very close to the tire and bangs down on it over every little bump. This is a spacer that goes under the mount points so the mudguard points up a bit and doesn't hit the tire. Adding just a washer is hard to hold in place while screwing in and doesn't provide good support to the whole piece. Requires two M3 x 10mm screws and two M3 x 15mm screws Requires 4 washers (one under each screw) Make sure you get screws tight. You must use blue Loctite 243. NOTE: It's quite a flat print and can be hard to remove from the bed!! The soft magnetic bed that you can bend to help remove is recommended. PLA is fine for this application. Also shown here is a simple but effective single side support. Just a bit of aluminium with a hole at each end. Easy, very effective.
