ZeroBOX Raspberry Pi Zero box designed for Plastic Inserts and M2.5 screws. The Fasteners that I have used are PSM Heat-Lok. I use my soldering iron to insert them, in this design is a bit difficult as some section of the wall housing the insert are thinner than usually recommended. Your printer must be cable of printing solid walls of 1mm thickness. I have printed this with an UP! Box with ABS an 0.1mm layer thickness. This design can easily be modified for self tapping screws, allow access to GPIO connector and better ventilation. Print Settings Printer Brand: Up! Printer: Up Plus2 Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.1mm Infill: solid Notes: Printed on am UP BOX
