ZeroTech Dobby propeller clip

ZeroTech Dobby propeller clip

This is a replacement propeller clip for the ZeroTech Dobby. Unlike the one by schmiernippel it does not need any holes drilling. However, also unlike his, the base part does not have insets for he screws in order to make printing easier. The slicer used is Simplify3D and I have included the gcode file (for use on an Ultimaker 2+) for ease of printing. The height of the posts is such that the propeller screws can be screwed right down, the blades will still rotate. This appears on initial testing to have at least reduced the jello caused by propeller vibration. Print Settings Printer Brand: Ultimaker Printer: Ultimaker 2 Rafts: No Supports: No Infill: 20% Notes: It was printed using RigidInk PLA on an Ultimaker 2+. Layer height of 0.1mm Nozzle diameter 0.4mm Nozzle temp 205 deg C Bed temp 35 deg C Extrusion thickness of 0.25mm
