Zigzag Joint 1

I've been stuck on this zigzag joint design version 1 for a while now, it's been haunting me. I finally decided to tackle it myself. You can use this concept as inspiration for designing caps for containers if you want or just disregard it entirely. The cap is a bit too long and has a ㄷ shape which makes it prone to bending. I'm not exactly proud of my English skills, but I hope this design idea gets across.
