Zip Tie Clamps for 8020 Extrusion

These clamps provide a way to zip tie cables and hoses to aluminum extrusion (80/20). Print with the mating surface on the bed. It's best not to use supports. You may experience some minor drooping in the slots but it's easy to clean out with a hobby knife; easier than cleaning out the supports. I used PETG filament due to its increased flexibility and strength, but PLA would probably work too. The 10 series clamp is intended to be used with 10, 20 series extrusions (1-inch increments). The 15 series clamp is intended to be used with 15 and 30 series extrusions (1.5-inch increments). You can also use the 10 series clamp on 15 series extrusion. To install a clamp onto 10 & 20 series extrusion use a button or round head 1/4-20 3/8" length screw (92949A535 at mcmaster.com) and a 3382 t-nut when you have access to the end of the extrusion or a 3923 drop in nut when the ends of the extrusion are not accessible. To install a clamp onto 15 & 30 series extrusion use a button or round head 1/4-20 1/2" length screw (92949A537 at mcmaster.com) and a 3382 t-nut when you have access to the end of the extrusion or a 13037 drop in nut or 3933 quarter-turn nut when the ends of the extrusion are not accessible. Nuts are available from 8020.net or tnutz.com. I have also included step and Solidworks (2019) files if you want to do some mods.
