Ziptie Bicycle handlebar mount

Use a zip tie to mount stuff to a 35 mm diameter handle bar. There are 4 holes on the mounting plate at the which I tapped. My 3d printer doesn't do threads this small (or perhaps I don't have my settings right). I mounted a cell phone case to my handlebars with 2 of these. It works great and doesn't twist around or come off in crashes. I put a smiley face on it because why not? I included the freecad file.
