Printed with PLA Pro, 205C, 3 shells to make the thing durable and rigid enough. OpenSCAD source attached. Use 6mm heatshrink tubes or drinking straws (better option - they're more rigid) to cover the antennas. Depending on how accurate your printer is, there will be some work (cutting and filing) to match final dimensions to real world. You can also tweak "tol" value in OpenSCAD sourcefile: it describes difference between "inside" dimensions (e.g. hole diameter): from theoretical (designed) value to real (measured) value. In my printer case, if designed hole diameter is 5 mm, hole in printed part is 4.7mm only, so tol=5-4.7=0.3
