Skids for the ZMR250 frame including double motor protection. Just like user Judar (from the source file) I had problems with the moist ground and getting mud in my motors. The side panels will protect your motors from dirt and also functions as a bumper when crashing into something hard. It was an easy step to add the legs to lift the quad somewhat more from the (wet) grass. Version 2 I made a new version which is lighter, stronger, sleeker and way better to print! I included two versions for respectively 16-12mm and 19-16mm holes. The 16-12mm will fit the DYS1806 motors, the 19-16mm should fit 2204 and 2206 motor. Make sure to rotate the object (135°) in your slicer software in a way that it stands on the one flat surface and it will be printed clean and strong! The _thick files are as requested by davidjormi, with 33% thicker walls. The normal version is strong enough for me in PLA with 20% infill, so please let me know when you print these versions and how they fit! Print Settings Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Notes: For the version 2s, make sure that you align the model on its flat surface. Custom Section Check out Tech2C's video featuring my design!
